Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. Additionally, he is Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the future generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
